Job descriptions (general statements and not all inclusive):
President: directing yearly HOA meetings, writing and sending out notifications, addressing neighborhood violations and concerns.
Vice President: Write the spring and fall newsletter. Assist the president in his/her roles. Set in place if necessary for HOA meetings.
Treasurer: maintain yearly finance for Dover Pointe. Authorized to write checks for expenses along with Paul Sullivan.
Secretary: website, emails, HOA meeting notes.
Social Chair: organizing garage sales, 4th of July parade, block party events
Landscaping and Beautification: review quotes, organize landscaping contracts, and keep our neighborhood maintained.
